Today was another beautiful day. Not too much to write about it though as we stayed at the trailer and finished our schoolwork for the week.
Brock claimed one of the two pairs of noise canceling headphones that Grams and Gramps sent us and he is in heaven, his own little world, enjoying the ability to concentrate on his work. It provided opportunities for several laughs throughout the day; whenever he'd ask a question or make a comment, he would innocently shout it at us.
About six o'clock, I dumped all the ingredients into a pot for taco soup, mixed up some corn bread, and Bryn and I ran to Winn Dixie where there is a Redbox. We picked up Hotel Transylvania for family movie night. It was ok for Bri, Bryn & Spence, but Sky was not interested in watching it in the least. He hid out in our room with Brock who also didn't care to watch. We all enjoyed some ice cream from our separate vantages while we vegged out with our electronic entertainment.
That's what I watched Saturday morning! We were almost on the same wavelength. Love you and miss you all!
ReplyDeleteThe fun was slightly diminished because I felt a little bad since Sky really didn't want to see it, but the other kids really wanted to. I thought it was cute.
