Today we hung around the trailer and did our normal stuff. We are planning on exploring Charleston on Friday and Saturday so until then we just have to take care of business.
I did go for a walk this morning again with Heidi. The highlight, I think, was seeing a hawk on a picnic table swoop down to the ground like it was after something. It stood in the same spot for a couple of minutes seeming to scratch its feet back and forth, but then it flew up into a nearby tree and it didn't have anything in it's talons so maybe whatever its intended prey was, it got away. I tried to take a picture with my phone, but the distance was too great to get a good shot. We also saw hundreds of squirrels, a great blue heron, and some ducks.
It's hard to believe that I can't think of anything else to write. It seemed like I was busy all day. Oh well. You get the idea.
