Welcome to our Adventure...

We packed up the kids, dog and the trailer and headed out for adventure, learning and helping others. During our adventure we will try to update this site as often as possible to keep everyone interested involved in our travels and to keep a journal for ourselves. The plan is to be working, schooling, helping and sharing on the road for a year.
Please feel free to post comments and questions! Thanks for following!

Regular Day at the State Park

This morning Heidi and I went for a great walk around the park. We walked briskly for a good 30-40 minutes. I had good music to listen to. The sun was shining, but it wasn't too hot yet, and there was a good breeze blowing. We walked around another campground loop that is even closer to the lake. It was beautiful and a necessary break for me from being inside the trailer. ;o)

The rest of the day was a pretty normal day, getting our schoolwork done.

The little boys played outside with a super ball that Brighton had found while out with Heidi for a quick walk. It was all fun until they lost it and Sky came in crying. Guess he got attached quickly.

Brock came home earlier than the last couple nights from his meetings and ate dinner with us which was nice.

After dinner, I gave Sky and Spence 5 minutes to go out and search for the ball and lo, and behold, they found it. Skylar was so happy!

The most interesting thing that happened today was that we had no water pressure for a large part of the day including our showers. Brighton, while out for a walk later in the day, discovered that the park was flushing some water lines. All was working normally as of late afternoon though.
